Our comparisons, guides, and measurements are published to help you make your own decision. They are not professional, legal, or regulatory advice. Telecoms compliance in particular — 911 registration, business texting rules, accessibility requirements — depends on your specific circumstances, and you should confirm what applies to you before relying on it.

Pricing, plans, and provider features change constantly. Every figure we publish carries the date we checked it. Confirm current pricing with the provider before you buy; we cannot be responsible for a price that moved after we recorded it.

The network tests are provided as-is for your own diagnosis. They measure the connection between your browser and our servers at a moment in time, which is a useful indicator but not a guarantee of how any particular call will sound. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a purchase, a service-level dispute, or a compliance decision.

Today nothing on this site earns us money: no provider pays for placement, no link pays a referral fee, and requests sent through our form are not sold or shared. If that changes, the pages involved will say so. Our founder also operates a phone carrier, Comexcel, which is deliberately never ranked or recommended on this site. Provider and carrier names and logos belong to their respective owners. We name them to identify and compare their services. Being named here does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction unless we say so explicitly on the page.
