Privacy policy

We collect two things: what you type into our request form, and anonymous statistics about which pages people read. We do not sell personal information. We are [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], and you can reach us at [email protected].

If you submit our request form, we store your name and email address, plus your company name and phone number if you provide them. We also store the kind of service you said you need, the market or page you were reading, and the page you submitted from.

We use that information only to reply to your request. Your details go to our team and nobody else: we do not sell them, and we do not pass them to any phone provider. If, in a reply, you ask us to introduce you to a specific provider, we will do that for that request only. If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your request; you can ask us to stop at any time. We do not add you to marketing lists.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and which are useful. It sets cookies and collects standard web analytics data including approximate location, device type, and the pages you visit. If you would rather not be measured, Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on, and most browsers offer tracking protection.

Our free network testing tools send timed requests between your browser and our servers to measure your connection. Those measurements are shown to you and are not stored against your identity.

When you click through to a provider from one of our comparisons, the link passes through our own site so we can count how many people found a page useful enough to act on. We record which provider and which page — not who you are.

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish repeat visitors and measure sessions. Our own site does not set advertising cookies and does not run ad networks.

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the request. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Analytics data is retained according to Google's settings for our property.

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have specific rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we apply the same process to everyone who asks, wherever they live.

This is a site about business telephony. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we update this page and the date shown at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
